In MS Outlook 2003, there a function that you might interested to discover. it call as Outlook Delegation. this setting allow you to grant another person permission to access certain feature of your outlook email account.
What can you do with delegation, basically you can do whatever you want if you had the owner permission granted to you. below was some of the task you can perform :-
1. view and/or make appointments on your calendar
2. look at and update tasks.
3. read mail in your Inbox and send mail on your behalf
4. access and add to your contacts list
5. read notes
6. view your journal
