Most people whom use Ms outlook encounter this problem frequently. basically below problem occurred is due to Ms Word not working properly or MS outlook encounter improper close down.

Configure setting on outlook
1.from Tool Menu, Click on Option
2.Go to Mail Format and check below setting
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to edit e-mail messages
Use Microsoft Office Word 2003 to Rich Text e-mail messages
Reset Outlook Setting
1. Go to Start and click RUN program
2. type in outlook code: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\OUTLOOK.EXE" /firstrun
